    Meet The Seven Laws of my practice:

    The Law of Pure Potentiality

    The source of all creation is pure consciousness . . . pure potentiality seeking expression from the un–manifest to the manifest. And when we realize that our true self is one of pure potentiality, we align with the power that manifests everything in nature.

    The Law of Giving

    The universe operates through dynamic exchange . . . giving and receiving are different aspects of the flow of energy in the universe. And in our willingness to give that which we seek, we keep the abundance of the universe circulating in our lives.

    The Law of Karma or Cause and Effect

    Every action generates a force of energy that returns to us in like kind . . . what we sow is what we reap. When we choose actions that bring happiness and success to others, the fruit of our karma is happiness and success.

    The Law of Least Effort

    Nature’s intelligence functions with effortless ease . . . with carefreeness, harmony, and love. When we harness the forces of harmony, joy, and love, we create success and good fortune with effortless ease.

    The Law of Intention and Desire

    Inherent in every intention and desire is the mechanics for its fulfillment . . . intention and desire in the field of pure potentiality, having infinite organizing power. When we introduce an intention in the fertile ground of pure potentiality, we put this infinite organizing power to work for us.

    The Law of Detachment

    In detachment lies the wisdom of uncertainty . . . in the wisdom of uncertainty lies the freedom from our past, from the known, which is the prison of past conditioning. In our willingness to step into the unknown, the field of all possibilities, we surrender ourselves to the creative mind that orchestrates the dance of the universe.

    The Law of Dharma or Purpose in Life

    Everyone has a purpose in life . . . a unique gift or special talent to give to others. When we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of our own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.

    My purpose:
    I have been involved in the health and fitness for over 20 years. My interest in fitness and nutrition began with running with my initial focus on further developing my skills as a strong and fast runner. As I self-applied what I learned through my education and integration, I realized the physicality of running was not meant to be isolated, but should be combined with the whole person, body, mind, spirit, in order to maximize all returns. The practices I have learned have brought great results to all that apply them. My passion has always been, and continues to be, to properly educate and guide people in achieving the optimal balance between lifestyle and total health through exercise and nutrition.

    My clientele is comprised of sport-specific athletes, individuals seeking weight loss, and fitness enthusiasts of all ages. I specialize in designing programs to address the specific needs of clients and the activity of the individual based on their strength, conditioning, flexibility, joint mobility, and rehabilitation. I train my clients in gyms and homes throughout New York City and Westchester.

    My program looks in detail at the underlying causes of the person’s ailments and stress. Clients learn how almost all ailments and stress are preventable through healthy eating habits, lifestyle management and corrective exercise programs. They will also learn why every meal, every time they exercise and every late night has a hormonal affect on their body.

    I use in depth, professionally designed, questionnaires to assess me clients. These questionnaires cover overall health, stress levels, current exercise program, sleep/wake cycles, possible hormonal imbalances, gastrointestinal and major organ health, current diet, food quality and exposure to toxicities in the home and office. I then prepare customized workouts for you based on your current level of conditioning, exercise experience and fitness goals.

     

    Never treat the disease that has the person, always coach the person that has the disease.

    We do not address pathologies as disease processes. Our goal is to guide you to live by the foundation principles and reduce the level of stress in your body so that weeks later, you progressively see a reduction in your health appraisal scores.

    That means you are reducing the load on your physiology. We then carefully use guided exercises and stretching programs to balance your autonomic nervous system to bring you back into a more anabolic environment.
