Cutting out just one type of food can make a big difference in your weight loss.

Does your diet consist of calories from Cocktails, Dairy, Flour, or Sugar?

By giving up just one food that disrupts your weight loss plan you can save hundreds of calories and feel and look better.

    CUT OUT

    CANDY and ALCOHOL
    Total calories saved: approx 1,000

M & M’s, jelly fish, chocolate bars are simple carbohydrates, they are digested very fast, raise your blood sugar and then drop your blood sugar just as fast and leave you wanting more.

Drinking alcohol beverages results ia a rise in blood sugar.  This causes your pancreas to release insulin to try and balance your blood sugar.

Instead snack on carrots, sliced cucumbers and or apples.  Always eat fat and protein with alcohol.

    CUT OUT

    WHITE BREAD
Total calories saved: approx 1,000 If you eat a bagel for breakfast,
Pizza for lunch, and bread with your dinner meal.

White bread is essentially sugar. Like candy white bread will pike and crash energy, and end up as fat.  Processed wheat andwhite flour is nutritionally deficient.
You would need to be careful when thinking that whole-grain bread, as a better choice nutrition wise it often contains more calories per serving than white bread. If you want to see weight loss — don’t reach for bread… and this includes crackers, and pizza.

Choose organic whole or sprouted grain products.

    CUT OUT

    CHEESE
Total calories saved: several 100’s depending on how much you eat.

Cheese is one of the highest calorie food we eat. A better cheese would be raw cheese instead of the pasteurized kind.  Raw milk contains lactic acid producing bacteria that protect us againt pathogens.  If you are sensitive to dairy you probably can tolerate raw milk products.  This is due to the enzymes that aid in the digestion of the milk that are left intact.

Not eating cheese will not set off a sudden bone calcium deficiency. You can eat leafy greens and full fat yogurt instead.

If you are gluten intolerant, Avoid DAIRY  and allow the gut to repair itself.

If you are not ready to give up candy or cheese consider a smaller step:

    • Give up processed foods
Try not eating anything out of a package.
    • Avoid high-fructose corn syrup.

Add fish to your meals. – The omega-3 fatty acids found in fish are linked to loosing body fat. Look for shrimp, salmon or flaky whitefish… and never farmed raised.
