Knowing

Do not believe what you have heard.Do not believe in tradition it is handed down many generations.
Do not believe in anything that has been spoken of many times.
Do not believe because the written statements come from some old sage.
Do not believe in conjecture.
Do not believe in authority or teachers or elders.
But after careful observation and analysis, when it agrees with reason and it will benefit
one and all, then accept it and live by it.

Stomach Fat???? Best way to burn it…

HIGH INTESITY INTERVAL TRAINING (HIIT) what is it, and should you train this way?HIIT is interval training that involves short intervals of maximum intensity exercise coupled with longer intervals of low to moderate intensity exercise.
Rule 1. Keep the session under 40 minutes….
WHY???
After 40 minutes, you’ll be in a cortisol onlystate, which you do not want. If you exceed 40 mminutes, the increased production of human growth hormone, testosterone and adrenaline will begin to cease, while cortisol continues to release. Cortisol for those of you who don’t know is a STRESS HORMONE.
Not only does HIIT improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance, it also increases your metabolism to burn body fat more effectively than low-intensity endurance type exercise.
SAMPLE WORKOUT
warm up at a comfortable intensity for approximately 10 minutes.
Then, you will give your maximum effort for 30 seconds, followed by a 30 seconds of recovery.
You can walk during the recovery or you can just take it down to a very light jog, depending on your current level of fitness.Perform between 6 and 10 of these intervals, and finish with a cool-down.
If HIIT is too advanved for you… Something else to try is incline walking. This is low intensity, long durantion cardio used to burn more calories.
Perform one hour of incline walking five days per week. Note (increase the incline gradually) You will see changes in the back of your legs, glutes and hamstrings. To get all the benefits on a treadmill do not hold on to the rails.
Before starting HITT, or any exercise regimen, consult with your physician or send me a quick e-mail. This is true of HIIT, which causes large demands on your cardiovascular system.
